Registration Terms

A course registration will not be effective until an order or a written confirmation of an order is received (registration notice, correspondence on letterhead, fax). It is confirmed and definite if, for an inter-company course, it is accompanied by payment
in the amount due for the registration or the agreement from the subsidizing organization that manages the company’s training allocations.
In all cases, it is important to clearly specify:
- the title of the course,
- the dates chosen,

- the last name and first name of the participant,
- the exact contact information of the company,
- the address to which the invoice should be sent.
Registrations are handled in the order in which they are received and will be confirmed by an acknowledgment of receipt.
Registrations received after a course maximum has been reached can be carried over to a future course, with the approval
of the registrant.

Prices
Rain Bird Academy Inter-company Courses
The applicable prices for the training courses are those stipulated in the current catalogue. All prices are subject to change without notice. Except where indicated, prices stipulated in the catalogue are given in Euros (excluding taxes), per trainee,
for the total duration of the session.
They include the course fee, documentation provided to each participant and lunch fees. The participant’s transportation
and accommodation costs are not included.

Intra-company Courses
Intra-company courses or specific training courses are subject to pricing to be negotiated with the company, according to their course requirements, and are subject to our general sales conditions. Prices exclude taxes.

Particular Pricing Conditions
In order to make it easier for the largest number of people to receive training, Rain Bird takes into consideration the particular situation of companies that are registering several individuals in the same course, as well as situations where sessions are organized for a single company (intra-company course).

Notice of Meeting
2 weeks prior to the beginning of a Rain Bird Academy inter-company training session, a notice of meeting will be sent
to the companies, in which all the particulars about how the session will be run is provided. It is the employer’s responsibility
to transmit this information to the participant(s).

Invoice – Agreement
An invoice according to a simplified agreement is established for the chargeable courses, in accordance with the continued professional training law.
It will be addressed, with the course attendance sheet, to the company that issued the training order.
The company agrees to pay the invoice submitted by Rain Bird.

Payment Terms
Payments are due and payable and can be made by any method available to the company:
- during registration for Rain Bird Academy inter-company training courses,
- according to the terms of the contract for intra-company courses.

Accountability
Rain Bird training courses can be subsidized with professional training credits. Ask for information from your contributory organization.

Withdrawal or Cancellation
Cancellation by Rain Bird
Rain Bird reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session indicated on the schedule, up to one week prior to the intended starting date. In this case, Rain Bird will inform the company as quickly as possible and will reimburse the registration fees paid.

Withdrawal of a Trainee
Up to the evening before a training courses to begin, all companies have the opportunity to replace a person that is withdrawing from the course with another person. For cancellations that are received within 10 days prior to the start of training, an administration fee of 30% of the training costs will be retained. The full training costs are payable if cancellation is received within one week of the start of the course. This also applies to any cancellation once the training course has started.
